About Us
What we believe

One of the most significant questions that one person can ask another is the simple question, Who are you?; It is a question that we want to answer so that everyone who is looking for a church home will know the nature of identity of this group of Christians.
We believe that God exists and that He is active today. He created us, and He sustains us. He is the ultimate power and authority in this world.
We believe that Jesus is God's only begotten son. He is the only effective sacrifice for the sins of the world. We believe that no one can come to the Father, but through Jesus and the sacrifice He made on the cross. This is the way God has planned to deal with mankind from before the creation of the world.
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third member of the God head and that He is the one that ensures that we have the word of God with us and that it is accurate. He indwells the child of God and He is the tool of God's providential care and assistance.
We believe that man can not save himself. God saved mankind through the death of Jesus on the cross. The cross opened up the doors to God's grace. The cross is where the price for our sins was paid. Jesus was sinless and He made the ultimate sacrifice for us.
We believe that in order to have God's grace and forgiveness applied to our specific lives, we must follow the whole plan of salvation. That plan of salvation starts with the blood of Jesus to cleanse us from our sins. This is essential: if no blood, then no cleansing.
We believe that we must appeal to God for the application of His grace. This appeal requires that we hear the word, come to a point of belief and faith, confess that Jesus is Lord, repent of our sins, and be immersed in water, just as it is written in the Bible.
We believe that while we can in no way earn our way into heaven, we should strive to practice the whole of what God has said to do in His Bible.
We believe that the bible is the inspired word of God and thus the guide for all rule and authority within the Church. By using God's message we avoid any possibility of distortion and we retain God's will as the primary guide in all religious matters. We seek to speak only where the Bible speaks.
We believe that every Christian life should be an example of the fruit of the spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
We believe that the spirit of the New Testament Christian should be demonstrated by their love for the Lord Our God and by their love for one another.
We believe that Satan is real and that he is actively trying to subvert the people of God. We further believe that the Devil and his followers will be thrown into the lake of fire on the Day of Judgment. This is the second death and it is an eternal punishment.
We believe that the children of God will be rewarded with an eternity in Heaven on the Day of Judgment, where there will be no tears for ever more. This is the great eternal reward.
We reserve the right to hold a loose position on the concept of Christ's return. We believe that He will return and that we will meet Him in the 'air'. We believe that He will return like a thief in the night, without prophetic fore warning.
We reserve the right to respond to all opinions with great liberty, as long as the individuals belief is in God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and God's word. In all matters we seek unity and simplicity. We are working to share the Lord's love and mercy with all men, everywhere, regardless of race or creed. We support the word of God as the full
expression of God's will and ultimate authority on earth.

We have no interest in building a church around man-made traditions - after all, it's God's church. We have no creed other than the Bible and we measure our teachings and ethics against the simple message of Jesus. To get in touch with God we teach and put into practice the simple and clear message of Jesus as it's taught in the Bible. We know that sincere people reading God's Word will find God. That's why we strive to teach the simple Bible message with nothing added and nothing left out! We are people dedicated to being the church that Jesus intended.
